3. Informal meeting or developmental observation if helpful.
4. Submission of required civil documents (Emirates IDs, passport, birth certificate, vaccination cards).

4. Offer, Acceptance & Fee Policy
Admission offers are made in writing. Parents are provided a specified deadline to accept the offer and pay the registration fee to secure their child's seat. Tuition fees vary by branch and schedule. Refunds and schedule freezes are administered according to agreed nursery term policies.
5. Special Educational Needs (SEN) & Inclusion
Playhouse Nursery proudly operates an inclusive environment and warmly welcomes children of determination. Where beneficial, meetings with SEN specialists and external therapists are coordinated to develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) ensuring full belonging and specialized support.
6. Health, Safety, Waiting List & Withdrawals
• Health & Compliance: Up-to-date medical and immunization records are required before entry.
